How to become an IPS officer?

 

To become an IPS (Indian police service) officer of India, a candidate need to clear the exam of UPSC (union public service commission). The candidate who passed out his/her graduation, he/she may responsible for a IPS (UPSC exam). bachelor degree is needed to apply for UPSC exam. Only CSE have power to conduct exam every year. The Age Limit for an UPSC exam is:

 

For general category candidates is 21-32 


For obc category is 21-35.


For sc/st category is 21-37 


For ex-servicemen category is 21-37

The candidate can give exam again and again consistent with his/her category limit. Like general category, obc category and physically challenged candidates can give exam only 9 times, but the sc/st category candidates give exam till their age limit. 

The UPSC exam have three stages which every candidate have to pass to become IPS:

 

1. 1. Preliminary exam. 


2. Mains exam.

Preliminary exam takes place in first stage. Preliminary exam is conducted in June every year. Preliminary have two papers, both are going to be objective multiple choice papers, paper 1 will test on general studies. it consists of subject like history, geography and current affairs. Paper 2 will test on aptitude which incorporates comprehension, problem solving skills, and article ability. Both papers will be of 200 marks each 

After qualifying preliminary exam, the next stage is mains, mains is a written examination, and will have 9 papers. Main exam is conducted in september-october.                 

After clearing the mains exam, the candidates were short listed for private interview. The personal interview test is of 275 marks. The purpose of this interview is to seek out out the candidate. What are the Eligibility Criteria for IPS officer?

 

1.candidate must be Indian. 


2. candidate must have graduation degree in any stream. 


3. The candidate must be between 21 -30 years old. 5-year relaxation for sc/st applicants. 


4. The minimum height needed is 160 centimeters for male applicants, and 150 centimeters for female applicants. 


5. For men, the minimum chest assuming is 84 centimeters, with the least expansion of 5 centimeters.

Career in Deputy Commissioner

 

At the beginning of their career, before you can become DC. Firstly you have to clear the exam of IAS with good ranking. IAS receives district training with their home cadres followed by their first posting. Their initial role is as a sub-divisional magistrate (SDM) and they are placed in charge of a district sub-division. As SDMs, they are entrusted with maintaining law and order, as well as general administration and development work, of the sub-division. With the completion of their training, IAS officers are assigned to various posts in the state and union governments, and in local-self-governments, (municipal corporations, zilla parishads), and public sector undertakings. After 3-5 years the IAS promote to higher post.

How to Become CPA

CPA USA eligibility for Indian CA, B.com, MBA:

 

AICPA, the governing body of the US CPA qualification, mandates having a total of 120 credit points in order to appear for the CPA exam. The CPA USA eligibility of Indian students is as follows:

 

The eligibility for CPA certification requires 120 credits. Every year of university education in India is equivalent to 30-semester credits of US education. ·

 

Using 1 year = 30 credits,

 

B.com = 3 years x 30 credits = 90 credits

 

Exception: If B.com is cleared in 1st division from a NAAC ‘A’ university, a candidate are entitled to 30 additional credits, thereby increasing the credits to 120, however now many state boards in the US are not following this rule.

 

Assuming a candidate have only 90 credits (as per your graduation) then, candidate can pursue either M.com or MBA through distance learning for attaining the balance credit points, but a candidate can still sit for the CPA exam. However, a professional qualification like CA/CS/CWA is counted as two years of university education, thus adding 60 credits more to your existing 90 credits.

 

To summarize:

 

B.com+ M.com/ MBA= 90/120 credits + 60 credits = 150/180 credits

How to Become an IAS Officer?


To become an IAS Officer of the Indian Administrative Service, per annum the CSE exam is conducted by UPSC. UPSC exam is conducted to provide 24 services, IPS, IAS, IFS,IRAS etc., One has to clear the exam of UPSC (union public service commission) . IAS officer have higher power than any minister of the country, and even have higher responsibility to keep up law and orders of the country. The total marks is 1750 of mains exam. Main exam is conducted in September-October.

 

When the mains exam is cleared by candidate, then they were short listed for personal interview. The total marks is 275 of personal interview. The purpose of this interview is to find out out the candidate. The mind is present at that time or not and he/she may enough leadership qualitites or not. Things that will need to if you are going to make important decisions for our country. The interview test is conducted in March-April. The final results of the UPSC exam comes within the end of May.  IAS Careers

 

IAS officials’ careers began with regional training for local officials and then their first positions. Your initial role is the District Judge (SDM), and you are in charge of the District Department. As an SDM, you will be responsible for the law enforcement, general management, and development of the division. After the training, IAS employees will be assigned to various positions in state and union governments, local governments, Zilla communities, and public sector companies.  

 


 In 2015, the appointment of a new deputy secretariat of the Central Secretariat was announced so that new IAS staff could be seconded to Delhi for three months as part of the training.   After nine years of service, the delegations transferred to the Secretariat of the Central Committee found that they had poor experience in performing central functions in these delegations.   This is why this change in personnel composition inspired their respective departments and passed their respective ministries’ Of all the projects, 36 will be selected and submitted to all government ministers in India, so 16 will be selected and submitted to the Cabinet Secretary, and the last 8 will be selected and submitted to the Prime Minister.
